Take the A17 from Sutton Bridge to King's Lynn. After approximately 1.5 miles from Sutton Bridge, turn right, signposted Walpole Island. In 50 yards turn left on to King John Bank. The site is approximately 1 mile on the right hand side. DO NOT TURN INTO THE INDUSTRIAL UNITS SIGNPOSTED CHRIS DADE, carry on another 300 yards along road to site.
